In almost 30 years of R&D, manufacturing, and distribution of standardized dispensing devices, as well as customized solutions, we have repeatedly pushed the material property
limits of polymer. This resulted many times in not being able to satisfy customer requirements for innovative solutions because of the effects the polymer dispenser had on the contents, or simply the cost made promising projects ineffective. With these given material limits we could and would not allow ourselves to just settle. It was not acceptable to disappoint customers just because the physical properties of polymer were not able to provide what was required.

A second, yet no less important problem for us to find a solution for was the fact that many
millions of products are disposed of yearly, without ever being used. This is due to shelf-life expiration. A serious and high impact affecting questions of sustainability. There must be a different approach we thought, a way to make it better and overcome material
limits to create a new dimension of demand-oriented dispensing technology.

So, why not bring the properties of polymer and glass together? Take the advantages of the
one material to compensate the disadvantages of the other material. With the targeted benefit combination of both material worlds the breakthrough succeeded, and the DISPENCE twin’tip technology was born.
